Andy Williams serves as General Manager, AGBO Labs, working on strategy and studio management across its production services offering.
Andy has been working as a Production Executive within Visual Effects and Post Production for almost 20 years. Prior to joining AGBO, Andy served as Managing Director for OUTPOST VFX’s LA studio. In addition to helming LA’s operations and business development for Episodic and Feature Films, he was integral to the growth of OUTPOST’s global offering, increasing the UK company’s brand recognition with Hollywood Studios as well as providing guidance on global strategy across its 5 studios.Prior to OUTPOST, he spent 4+ years as the Executive Producer of Episodic for DNEG’s Los Angeles studio where he was responsible for the studio’s VFX Production and Operations. Andy was pivotal in expanding DNEG’s Episodic footprint across all of DNEG’s North American sites (Vancouver, Montreal, Los Angeles) by fostering client relationships and providing direction to the global structure. He also served as Executive Producer for DNEG’s Virtual Production offering globally. Prior to DNEG, Andy was Head of Production for Stargate Studios in South Pasadena and founding leadership of DIVE, the VFX entity which evolved into AlkemyX.
