Luke Kallis is President of Marketing and Growth at AGBO, where he leads the company’s global marketing strategy, audience development, and growth initiatives. He has built his career helping shape how modern platforms build brands and scale audiences at the intersection of technology, media, and culture.
Most recently, Kallis led a multi-billion dollar advertising and growth business across the Americas at Snap Inc., helping scale revenue from $67 million to $2.7 billion and developing go-to-market strategies across video, augmented reality, creators, and premium media, while playing a central role in shaping the company’s global advertising strategy.
Following Snap, Kallis advised on the design and launch of Discord’s first monetization program for gaming publishers, helping establish the platform’s commercial and growth foundation as it scaled into one of the most influential communities in gaming.
Earlier in his career, Kallis was part of the early leadership team at VEVO, where he helped define the platform’s brand, monetization and audience strategy during a defining period in digital media. He also held senior roles at Meta and Fox Interactive Media, following earlier positions at IGN Entertainment and Salon Media Group.
Kallis has been named one of AdWeek’s Top 50 Vital Leaders in Tech and is a frequent guest lecturer on the evolving landscape of marketing, digital advertising, and platform monetization.
